Who do you think is a good choice as spiritual counselor to the next President?

The Rev Billy Graham is retiring and President elect Obama should have someone to offer prayer and Biblical perpectives as the Presidents before him. I kinda doubt that G.W. Bush sought the Rev. Billy Graham’s advice very much though.

Good question.
The woman who heads the Episcopal Church, let me look up her name.
The current Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church is Katharine Jefferts Schori. She does not hold bigotry and live in the Dark Ages.
I see nothing wrong with spiritual counselling.
Pat Robertson???? You have got to be kidding me. That guy is a moron.
The feminist agenda is not about equal rights for women. It is about a socialist, anti-family political movement that encourages women to leave their husbands, kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism, and become ********. (Pat Robertson direct mail, Summer 1992)

Get religion out of government. He can go to church on Sundays but when it comes leading our country he should leave the faith at home.

His wife is as good as any.
As to a White House chaplain, I suspect that he will, like the presidents before him, counsel with the major leaders of many large religious bodies/churches.

Here are some people I recomend: T.D. Jakes, Fred Price, Franklin Graham
T.D. Jakes and Fred Price are my two main choices but I am sure Franklin Graham is an absolutely Great choice.
Our forefathers did not put anything in the Constitution about separation of Church and state. It is in there that Congress shall pass no law establishing a national religion. Look it up. I dare you and then correct me. Please.
I wonder why any President meets with the Pope as If he is the head of a major country. If the Pope is that important, the the President should meet with the head of the Baptists, the Pentecostals, the J.W’s, the Mormans, ect. Am I right?

It’s Obama’s choice, of course, but I think that Franklin Graham would be a worthy successor to his father.
