What is bettter, work for a company with higher pay w/o pension plan. or stay where I am at?

    Depends on your current age and where you want to be when you retire, do you want the money now or later? Think twice about your answer.

    I think you should go for the higher pay although I would like to know how old you are, and what is the exact difference in pay that would help.

    Depends on if you are a good saver/investor…you can do without the pension if you can save/invest with the extra money you’d be making.
