Is a NJ police/fire deferred retirement pension taxed federally, if person moves out of counrty?

    The IRS will tax you if you have a taxable income above the filing requirement.

    For someone who is single and under 65, the income cutoff is $8750. Above that, you could owe. The fact that you live outside the USA does not change this.
