No, company contributions to a defined benefit plan are not shown on your W-2. The Retirement Plan in Box 13 will be checked, however.

Edit: There are no codes in box 13, just 3 check-boxes.

If the plan HAS to report, and it know if it has to or not, it would not appear on a W-2 but on a misc form like 1099MISC
