Hello, my name is Guidry Frances, base in US, If you are in need of any urgent loan for business transactions and other purposes, you are assured of getting your loan from the lending company where i had obtained my loan from. It has been a miracle because i have been trying to get some loan needed for funding projects but i could not get any but scams. After some period of time,a friends of mine informed me of this lending company . The lender is Mr. Jonathan Douglas and the name of the lending company is Jonathan Financial Loan Firm and i can assure you that they are real because i had my loan amount of $100,000 sent at once. Their email address contact is:

In loan modifications, ALL sources of income are counted, taxable or otherwise. The issue analyzed is whether or not your cash flows allow you to make the payments to which you have agreed. If the lender deems your total income sufficient, any loan modification will be denied.

The forms ask for ALL of your income. Do not lie on the forms--this is a felony!
