You have to look at their immigration law and find something that will work for you. Maybe you could marry in or maybe you could invest money. Some countries let you gain residency after being on a student visa so that could be a possibility if you don’t mind going back to school. Some countries let you apply for permanent residency before you even go there based on eduation and work experience, for example the skilled worker program in Canada. After getting permanent residency, it is usually not too hard to gain citizenship.
